Pumps - Peristaltic pump

A peristaltic pump, also known as a hose pump, hose squeeze pump, roller pump or roller pump, is a positive displacement pump in which the medium to be pumped is forced through a hose by external mechanical deformation. According to its mode of operation, it is classified as a rotary piston pump and, due to its design, belongs to the group of circulating piston pumps.
